The Benny Moré Art Cultural Center, from Cienfuegos city will organize a tribute to Lázaro García, a valuable personality from the musican movement La Nueva Trova. The recognition, to be carried out on February 3rd, will have a troubadour concert, the reading of two dissertations by Sandra Busto and Diana Rosa González about his work and the poetry authenticity of the author of themes like Inclina el cetro flor; as well as the screening of the documentary Carta de provincia, by the television director Gloria Torres.

La Marca is a new gallery that has been opened in Old Havana proposing body decoration from the individual identity and the purpose of every person. The proposals by young artists Carlos Lázaro Cárdenas, Claudio Sotolongo,Dunier del Dago, Edel Mola, Eduardo Muñoz Bach, Giselle Monzón, Nelson Ponce, Pepe Menéndez, Raupa and Robertiko Ramos have been exhibited by the exhibition entitled "El dulde olor", cured by Pepe Menéndez and Damián Viñuela. 

The nominees to the 36th edition of the Caricato Award, which will recognize the cinema, radio and Cuban television in 2014 have been presented for the final ceremony to be carried out on February 10th at the Mella theater in Havana.  This award that was crated in 1972 by the Section of Performing Artists at UNEAC. It is the most important award of its kind in Cuba and recognized the work and career by the most important Cuban actors and actresses.
