More than 300 names are included in the Cuban children literature dictionary, which is in a process of edition and will be published by Editorial Gente Nueva, under the imprint of the Sancti Spiritus researchers Mirta Estupiñán and Ramón Luis Herrera.
Herrera holds a Ph.D in Philology. He said that this glossary includes a very wide information about the literature for children and young persons from the 19th century until present time, due to the fact that the research ended in 2012.
He also added that by this a very scattered and valuable information is organized and could be useful for writers and specialists in the language as well as for general readers.
He also added, that this volume includes narrators, poets, playwrights, as well as research and critic devoted to the youngest section of our society.

Like in the story by Julio Cortázar, a foreign unstoppable force enters until it takes control of the entire House: but this time the young artists from the continent will be the ones that will enter the House from avenues G and 3rd in El Vedado, Havana.
A century after, the director of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Axel Rueger, said that the piece ‘Sunset in Montmajour’, which was previously considered to be just a forgery was indeed painted by Van Gogh.
The painting was kept in an attic and it was hiddnen to the public during a century because it was considered to be just a forgery of the work of Vincent Van Gogh. ‘Sunset in Montmajour’, shows some holm oaks with a twisted log and some ruins in a distant background touched by the sunset lights. The painting was created in 1888 when Van Gogh lived in Arles, southern France.
