A workshop on popular and traditional culture has been celebrated in Rodas

The local intellectuals carried out an exchange on the history and the economic, political and sociocultural evolution of the town of Rodas. The "Popular and Traditional Culture" workshop was a space to socialize the current knowledge in this field.  The event was an ideal proposal to talk about the main facts related to the history of "El Lechuzo" (this is the town´s nickname)

According to Dr Marianela Morales Calatayud the encounter was a perfect moment to manage knowledge starting from the new studies made on the foundation and the development of the municipality and the rise of a local identity.  Several professionals gathered to show evidence on the town´s historical, economical and sociocultural development. This event was a space that showed the importance of continuing the studies in the field of historical source documentation to make clear the different cultural evidences that marked the development of this comunity.
