Several communities in the mountains of Cienfuegos will host the Mountain Theater Biennale to be carried out from November 13th to 17th. This event has a long tradition in this area. According to Francisco Madrigal Sotolongo, Cumanayagua´s Culture director said that the mountain will receive participants from provinces like La Habana, Ciego de Ávila, Villa Clara, some of them are usual participants in our theater events in the mountains. This event will include plays for adults and children and one of the main purpose is to promote an exchange with the locals.

 This is one of that ways to preserve the cultural work in the mountains as an example showing that several artistic expressions can be offered to the locals who really appreciate this.
