The popular duet Buena Fe had just arrived from Havana an sang well-known songs which shared with a friendly audience bringing with their music the tropical taste and the memories of the island.
The section chief, José Ramón Cabañas, made a short historical recount about the origin of of this day in history on October 20th 1868 when Cuban sang their national anthem for the first time. This date was an "art manifestation of the Cuban´s deep and irrevocable rebelliousness" that still lives.

The sample was installed for the occasion at the Section´s lobby and reflects the creativity of this Cuban Hero detained in a prison of the United States.
