1.Mix the melted butter with the flour. Stir until forming a pasta.
2.Add milk slowly.
3.Cook to middle fire stirring until it gets thick.
4.Add the tomato purée, salt and pepper.
5.Let it cook a few seconds more, don't let it boil.

1.Put the meat into a pot with water, salt, pepper, commin, laurel leaves, garlic, onion, and tomato.
2.Cook during two hours to middle fire until it is completely soft.
3.Strain everythin and separate the meat, put the broth again into the pot and add potatoes, cook during 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
4.Then add the noodles and colorant if you prefer.

1.Melt the butter and fry the ground onion on it, don´t let it burn. Add the flour, salt and pepper, stir until creating a pasta. If you prefer you can shake the onion, flour, salt and broth at the same time and then add them to the melt butter.
2.Add the broth and milk slowly, keep stiring so there lumps are not created.
3.When the soup has boiled and it is thick, add a cup of cheese and cook it again to low fire or to double boiler. Don´t let it boil and stir until the cheese melts on the cream.
1.Take some avocados, tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili, coriander, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and ppper and put them into a blender until making a purée.
2.Add some milk so you obtain a thick soup that can be taken out from the blender. Add salt, lemon juice or cumin to your taste. This soup is supposed to be very seasoned.
3.When serving pour the soup in pot. Spinkle with some cut chives.

3.Sautée the seasoning in oil. Mix the bean grains and add them to the broth.
4.Let it cook.
