1.Clean the carrots well.
2.Cut the ends and the head.
4.Make a broth using the same water when softening the carrots.
5.Grind the carrots .Put them in a pot with oil, sauté and broth.
7.When boiling add the flour slowly so it cooks.
8.Let it refresh.
9.Mold the croquettes.
10.Fry in hot oil.

1.Cook the bananas and grind them.
2.Have the sautée ready (in a mince meat cut).
3.Mix the ground bananas with the vegetable sautée.
4.Add the salt, the milk and the yolk.
5.Mix all well.
6.Make balls out of the croquettes, pass them by the flour, the egg and the grated bread.
7.Fry in hot fat before serving.
