RICE AND SHRIMPS

INGREDIENTS: Rice, fish: smooth, pargo and cherna, onion, red pepper, garlic, cummin, tomato, bijol oil, dry wine, beer.

Procedure:

Variant 1

Cook the rice with Creole stir-fry (garlic, onion, cummin, red pepper).

Take the small shrimps (ajillo) stir-fry them in hot oil until it is pinkish and add to the rice when it is getting dry, then add a beer or dry wine and let it dry.

It is accompanied with boiled sweet potato, or fried plantains.

Crab sauced stew

Variation 1

INGREDIENTS: moro crab, freshwater crabs, creole sauce, chili and salt.

PREPARATION:

Remove the meat, boil it use the creole sauce, add chili to taste.

Variation 2

Crab suced stew (Chupa chupa)

INGREDIENTS: crab, garlic, pepper, onions and tomato sauce.

PREPARATION: wash the crab and take the chest meat, cook with slight fried garlic and abundant tomato sauce.

Lobster cocktail

INGREDIENTES: Lobster, oil, salt, garlic, pepper, onion, dry wine and chili.

PREPARATION:

Cut into small pieces. Boil during five minutes, let it refresh.

Slice the onion.

Make a mayonnaise sauce with half a liter of oil, use two garlic heads and some salt. Mix it in the blender.

Pour it in a container and serve when t is cold.

Evil shrimp

INGREDIENTES: Shrimps, creole chili and salt

PREPARATION:

Peel the shrimps, salt to taste. Grill in a pan until they get red

Pour them in a dish full with creole chili (vinegar or lemon, garlic, pepper or chili)
